- Social security brief: 25 pages
- Objection to magistrate order or R&R: 10 pages
- Motion for leave to exceed limits: 3 pages (no proposed paper attached)
- Motion for leave to reply: 3 pages (no proposed reply attached)
- Notice of supplemental authority: 2 pages
- Motion to seal support/opposition: 7 pages (L.R. 1.11(c))
Page computation (L.R. 3.01(a)): "Each page limit established in this rule or in an order excludes only the caption, the signature block, any certificate of conferral or service, and any verification or attachment."
