Mechanics
- Civ. R. 101.1: Governs admission of attorneys, including pro hac vice.
- Local counsel association: Generally required. Local counsel signs pleadings and may be required to attend hearings.
- Certificate of Good Standing: Required from each bar of the applicant's admission.
- Fee: Per current fee schedule (verification needed).
