Seven Venezuela-related GLs amended simultaneously in a single release — covering the full range of Venezuelan oil, petrochemical, diluent, minerals, and Pdvsa operations — is the largest single-package Venezuela GL amendment observed in the 90-day baseline, which otherwise shows 1–2 GL updates per release.
