Iran General License Z follows GL Y by four days — the shortest gap between sequential new Iran GLs in the 90-day baseline, where the prior minimum was seven days (GL V April 24 to GL W May 1) — and extends a seven-day span that produced three Iran GL actions (GL X1 July 7, GL Y July 10, GL Z July 14).
