On March 18, the SEC approved Nasdaq's plan to let certain securities trade in tokenized form alongside traditional shares, with the same tickers, prices, and investor rights.

FCA-authorized ClearToken launched a regulated settlement stack on the Canton Network where both legs of a transaction complete at the same instant, or neither completes at all.

The FDIC, the Fed, and the OCC issued joint guidance clarifying that tokenized securities receive the same capital treatment, risk weights, and supervisory haircuts as their traditional equivalents.
