Key Traps — Where Counsel Gets Caught
- 1. All motions require a proposed order that must be emailed to OConnor_Orders@txnd.uscourts.gov and must be in a WordPerfect or Word format (not PDF). The subject line of the email must include the case number and the document number of the referenced motion.
- 2. A judge's copy is required for each dispositive motion, response, reply, and appendix thereto exceeding seventy-five (75) pages. The copy must be submitted in a three-ring binder, with any exhibits or attachments appropriately tabbed.
