Key Traps — Where Counsel Gets Caught
- 1. Discovery motions to compel, quash, or for sanctions will be denied without prejudice if chambers email protocol is bypassed.
- 2. Proposed orders are required for extension motions and page limit extension motions — not just consent motions.
- 3. R&R objections capped at 15 pages (lower than some other GA-ND judges).
